Accommodation
Participants should arrange their own accommodation. Unfortunately, no travel or accommodation funding is available.
Special rate at ibis Coventry Centre
A special Warwick rate is available at ibis Coventry Centre. The rate is £86 per night for single occupancy and £92 per night for double occupancy, provided rooms are booked by 31 May 2026. Cancellation should be possible up to 72 hours before arrival.

Where to stay
On-campus accommodation is expected to be mostly booked up. The University of Warwick campus is in Coventry, not in the town of Warwick. Warwick town is about 10 miles from the university, and Warwick railway station is not usually the convenient station for getting to campus; Coventry is normally the better rail option. Practical places to look for accommodation are Coventry and Kenilworth.
Further options
Coventry normally gives the widest choice of hotels and transport connections. Kenilworth is smaller and close to campus. Possible starting points include:
